Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 cm cucumber(s)
- some mango pulp
- 1 handful of walnuts
- ½ spring onion(s)
- a few stalks of coriander
- 1 dash of soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Chop everything as desired and place it in a bowl. Finally, garnish with spring onions, walnuts, and cilantro. This salad is perfect if you’re using up mango anyway and are looking for a simple way to use up leftovers.
