Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g margarine, optionally diet margarine
  • 250 g curd cheese, 20%
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 5 large peppers in oil from the jar, mild
  • 20 capers
  • 5 m.-large gherkins
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard, hot
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

spicy, piquant

Mix mayonnaise, margarine, and quark. Dice all other ingredients, finely chop the capers, and stir in. Season with mustard, salt, and pepper.
