Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 ml cream
- 3 spring onions or
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ bunch chives
- 1 tbsp Fondor

Finely chop the onions and mix well with the cream, chives, and Fondor. Then add the quark and mix everything well. Tastes great with bread, baguette, grilled vegetables, and boiled potatoes.
