Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 can sardines, NURI or other pickled with chili
  • 200 g margarine, optionally diet margarine
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 3 m.-large gherkins
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped ketchup
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard
  • some salt, if desired
  • some pepper, to taste

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

succeeds easily

Whisk the margarine until fluffy, chop the other ingredients into small cubes, and stir in. Season with ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
