Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 ml cream or soy cream
- 100 ml milk or soy milk

Heat the three ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until a thick consistency is reached. Stir frequently. I use a whisk. Be especially vigilant toward the end to make sure nothing burns. Take your time; it will probably take an hour. Line a cake pan with aluminum foil and grease with oil. Pour in the mixture, let it cool, and then cut into pieces.
