Strawberry quark dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 30 g peanuts
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the quark with milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Hull, wash, and quarter the strawberries. Layer the quark and strawberries alternately in two glasses, starting with the quark. Roast the peanuts with butter and sugar in a pan, then divide the cooled nuts between the glasses.
