Chia yogurt with fruit

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 400 ml milk
  • 200 g frozen fruit of your choice
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Mix the milk with the chia seeds, let it swell briefly, and then stir again. Let it swell in the refrigerator overnight, but at least for 2 hours. Thaw the fruit. Mix the chia milk mixture with the yogurt and coconut blossom sugar, then stir in the fruit.
