Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 rusks
- Milk or soy milk
- e.g. cinnamon, sugar or honey

especially good for flu, old home remedy from my mom
Crush the rusks slightly and divide them between two bowls. Then top with hot or cold milk. If you like, you can add cinnamon, sugar, or honey. Tip: This also makes a quick muesli substitute.
