Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ kg orange(s)
- 100 g ginger root
- 500 ml orange juice
- 8 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 kg gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the oranges, roughly chop them, and puree them. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Combine the oranges with the ginger, lemon juice, and gelling sugar and bring to a boil. Boil gently for about 4 minutes, then pour into jars and seal.
