Berry rice pudding

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g rice pudding
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g berries, mixed
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 150 g yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For 1 adult and 1 toddler aged 1 year and over: A fruity dessert for babies and toddlers. Swirl a pot of cold water. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Add the rice pudding and salt, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, sort the berries. Wash the strawberries and blueberries. Mix the berries with the sugar and let it steep for a while. Let the rice pudding cool, then stir in the yogurt. Add the berries and stir in. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
