Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 450 g radish(s) and kohlrabi, mixed (ratio of your choice)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil or olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 shallots
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil or olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 4 leaves of radish and/or kohlrabi,
- 1 pkt. tomatoes, pureed
- 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 4 tbsp oat milk (oat drink) or oat cream
- Sea salt and pepper

Peel the radish and kohlrabi and cut into long julienne strips (e.g., using a spiralizer). Sauté in oil in a pan. Finally, season. Meanwhile, peel and dice the shallots and garlic. Sauté in oil and deglaze with the tomatoes. Chop the greens and add them. Simmer briefly and season with brown sugar, thyme, and the oat milk, as well as sea salt and pepper. Serve the vegetable spaghetti with the sauce.
