Bacon, chicken, and sage rolls – a small appetizer or snack

Place the bacon slices lengthwise on a board. Season each slice with salt and pepper, place two sage leaves lengthwise on top, and place half a trimmed slice of chicken breast on top. Carefully roll each slice lengthwise and thread three rolls onto small satay skewers. Halve the tomatoes and slice the cucumber diagonally into 32 slices. Grill the skewers on baking paper in a preheated oven at 200°C or fry them in a pan until crispy. Place four slices of cucumber on the left and right sides of an appetizer plate (saucer), then place a skewer on top and place four tomato halves on the right and left sides. It looks great and is gone in no time!
