Apple, orange and celery salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 1 m.-sized orange(s), possibly 2
  • 3 sprigs of celery
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, e.g. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil, e.g. sunflower oil
  • 1 cm ginger
  • a few sprigs of mint
  • Salt and pepper, possibly herb salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with ginger and mint

Peel the celery, orange, and ginger. Dice the apple and orange. Slice the celery and toss everything together with the vinegar and oil. Finely dice the ginger or grate it with a ginger grater and add. Season to taste with salt (or herb salt) and pepper, and finely chopped mint leaves. Top: If desired, you can also add nuts, raisins, or chopped dates as a topping.
