Milk soup with semolina

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk, fresh (3.8% fat)
  • 4 tbsp, leveled semolina
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Boil 1/2 liter of fresh 3.8% fat milk, then add 4 tablespoons of semolina and stir in. Then stir in a beaten egg and let cool while stirring. Once the finished semolina soup has cooled slightly, season with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and serve sprinkled with a pinch of cinnamon.
