Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 large strawberries
- ½ slice(s) honeydew melon(s)
- 200 ml carbonated mineral water
- Cinnamon, optional
Instructions

Take the strawberries and wash them. Then remove the green leaves and halve the fruit. Place the strawberries in a container for later puréeing (using an immersion blender or smoothie maker). Cut half a slice of honeydew melon. Peel it and remove the seeds. Cut the honeydew melon into chunks and add them to the container. Finally, add the sparkling water to the fruit. Purée until no chunks remain. If desired, add half a teaspoon of cinnamon to taste. Enjoy!
