Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml water
  • 40 g raisins
  • 25 g semolina
  • 1 tsp baking cocoa
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Baby led weaning (BLW) – Finger food for baby’s breakfast, looks like Nutella, but has lots of fruit in it

Boil the raisins with water and stir in the semolina. Let it swell for 5 minutes. Cut the banana into pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients. Puree everything. Ideal on bread or toast, in yogurt, for refining and filling muffins, or simply for licking.
