Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g tofu, well drained
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp broth, instant
- 2 tsp mixed herbs, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
delicious tofu crumble “cheese”
Drain the tofu thoroughly and mash it with a fork. Then mix it with the remaining ingredients and let it sit for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle it on the pizza or casserole and bake in the oven as usual until the tofu is lightly browned.
