Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150g tofu
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ onion(s), red, chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Chives, fresh, to serve
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crumble the tofu into a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Add the tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned. Season with turmeric, salt, and pepper, and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the tofu is golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with fresh chives and serve. Approx. 250 kcal per serving.
