Tomato and pepper vegetables

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 bowl of cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and trim the bell peppers, then cut them into smaller pieces. Score the tomatoes slightly. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Now add a little oil to the pan, sauté the garlic until translucent, and let the bell peppers and tomatoes simmer until they brown slightly on the outside. Season with salt and pepper.
