Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ onion(s), sliced
- 3 m.-sized tomato(s), sliced
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Soy sauce
- Parsley, dried
- Chives, dried
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Supplement
Heat the sliced onion and finely chopped garlic in a pan with a little oil and drizzle with soy sauce. When the onions are browned, add the tomato slices and then the spices and herbs to taste. Cover and cook until browned. Serve with white bread or grilled food.
