Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream / sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

tastes good with meat burgers, fish burgers and veggie burgers

Mix all ingredients together, season with salt, pepper, chili, and sugar if desired. If desired, add mustard and/or ketchup to taste. Spread generously on hamburger buns or toasties to make the burgers extra juicy. This amount of sauce is enough for 6 to 8 burgers. My son invented this sauce, and it’s been a staple of our fast-food days ever since.
