Gourmet tomato sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 cup of cream, 250 ml
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 dashes of sherry (not essential)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mince the garlic and fry it in a little oil in a non-stick pan. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Add the cream and mix well, then add the milk and a splash of sherry and let the sauce simmer. Finally, season thoroughly with salt, pepper, and sugar. It goes perfectly with scampi, pasta, rice, or dumplings.
