Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 dash of sesame oil, or other oil
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash the radishes and slice them thinly, and finely dice the onion. Place the quark in a bowl, add a dash of sesame oil (or other oil), paprika, and salt, and stir. Add the radishes and onions and mix everything together. If possible, refrigerate for a few hours and let it sit. Tastes great as a spread on bread or as a side dish for a barbecue. It still tastes fresh and delicious even two days later.
