Apricot and berry smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 apricots
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 10 blackberries or strawberries
  • 200 g kefir or yogurt, vegan: plant-based yogurt
  • 2 tsp sweetener of your choice
  • 250 ml milk or plant-based drink, possibly more

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

a very creamy smoothie, also vegan possible

Rinse the fruit briefly. Pit the apricots and cut into pieces. Place all the fruit in a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend on high for about 1 to 1.5 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more milk or plant-based drink, such as oat milk.
