Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 apricots
- 100 g raspberries
- 10 blackberries or strawberries
- 200 g kefir or yogurt, vegan: plant-based yogurt
- 2 tsp sweetener of your choice
- 250 ml milk or plant-based drink, possibly more
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
a very creamy smoothie, also vegan possible
Rinse the fruit briefly. Pit the apricots and cut into pieces. Place all the fruit in a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend on high for about 1 to 1.5 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more milk or plant-based drink, such as oat milk.
