Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • n. B. Oil for frying
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ pack of mixed herbs (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super tasty and quick

Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and fry them in a little hot oil until the liquid has evaporated. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and pour them over the mushrooms. Let them set a little and add about half the packet of herbs. Serve immediately. This dish is also delicious on a slice of freshly toasted bread.
