Vegan banana porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml water
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • n. B. Fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat water, oats, and 50 ml soy milk in a saucepan. Slice the banana and add it. Stir constantly. After the first boil, add 50 ml soy milk and 1 tbsp almond butter. Continue heating and stir constantly. When the porridge thickens slightly, transfer it to a bowl. Drizzle 1 tbsp almond butter over the porridge and garnish with fruit, if desired. Approx. 130 kcal per serving.
