Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 320 g oat flakes, large-leaf
- 75 g almond flakes
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 100 g coconut oil
- 120 g liquid honey, e.g. blossom honey

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the oats with the almonds, cinnamon, and salt. Then slowly melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. When it’s completely liquid, add the coconut oil and then the honey to the oat mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the muesli on it. Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes, then turn it over and bake for another 10-12 minutes. But be careful: Keep an eye on the muesli during the last few minutes, as it can burn very quickly! When it looks nicely browned, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Store the muesli in an airtight container and use within one to two weeks.
