Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g margarine
  • 40 g psyllium husks
  • 35 g almonds, ground
  • 2 tbsp, heaped low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. seeds
  • e.g. chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Beat the eggs and margarine until frothy. Add the low-fat quark and mix briefly. Then stir in the psyllium husks, ground almonds, baking powder, and salt. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175°C (fan/convection oven) and line a small, round baking dish with baking paper. Spread the mixture evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chia seeds and press down lightly. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and top with your favorite toppings.
