Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • e.g. honey or agave syrup
  • 1 handful of oat flakes
  • 1 handful of chocolate shavings
  • 1 handful of almonds, chopped
  • e.g. chia seeds, optional
  • n. B. Fruit as desired, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fresh fruit with yogurt, oat flakes and almonds

Pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl and sweeten with a little honey or agave syrup. Sprinkle with oats, chocolate shavings, and chopped almonds. Optionally, you can also add chia seeds. Slice up fresh fruit as desired and add it to the yogurt mixture. Examples include half a banana, some grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and currants.
