Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g quark
  • 200 g raspberries, frozen
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 100 g milk
  • 70 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple, quick, super tasty and perfect for breakfast, dessert or snack!

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until a thick, creamy consistency is achieved. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Tip: If you like, you can refine the smoothie bowl with berries, banana slices, quinoa, or seeds as a topping.
