Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 40 g leek
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 4 tbsp Kritharaki (rice shaped noodles)
- 3 tsp creamed horseradish
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- Spice(s) to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Peel the carrots and garlic and cut into bite-sized pieces, add them to the broth, and simmer. After 10 minutes, add the sliced leek, noodles, and creamed horseradish, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and other spices, if desired, and serve.
