Vegan pancakes without eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml oat milk (oat drink) or similar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly mineral water
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pour the milk into a bowl. Combine the flour with the baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt and gradually add to the milk. Stir evenly to avoid lumps. The batter will be very thick, so add a little milk or sparkling water if needed. The batter should still be quite thick. Fry the pancakes in oil over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. If you like your pancakes sweet, you can add sugar or more vanilla sugar to taste.
