Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 240 ml plant-based drink
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix together the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and turmeric for the beautiful yellow color. Then stir in the mineral water and plant-based drink. Heat oil or margarine in a pan, add about two tablespoons of the pancake batter to the hot oil, and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
