Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 65 g oat flakes, flower-soft
- 125 ml milk
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tbsp protein powder (e.g. Cookies and Cream)
- some sweetener, honey or sugar
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
from oat flakes
Separate the egg and beat the egg white until stiff. Combine the oats, milk, egg yolk, sweetener (a little honey or sugar is also fine), cinnamon, and egg white powder until smooth. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake in a non-stick waffle iron. This makes 4 waffles for me.
