Stracciatella quark

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 100 ml milk, 0.3% fat, amount according to desired consistency
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g dark chocolate
  • some liquid sweetener
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

low-calorie, homemade

Whisk together the quark and yogurt. Add the milk and whisk again well. Then stir in the vanilla sugar and sweetener to your taste. I personally like the slightly tart flavor of the quark, which I get from squeezing a lemon. Mix everything well and season to taste. Finally, grate the chocolate and stir in. The recipe is completely adaptable, depending on your sweetness, consistency, and calorie awareness. Using my instructions, I arrive at a total of around 750 kcal. Since I’m using a conventional stracciatella quark from the supermarket, I calculated the calories based on a quantity of 500 g. This gives a well-rounded 400 kcal. However, I assume that this total amount will feed at least four people, which comes to around 200 kcal per serving. Compared to the ready-made product, it’s a good alternative, in my opinion.
