Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 carrots
- ½ can tuna
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and peel the zucchini and carrots. Then grate both ingredients with a vegetable grater and add the drained tuna. Mix everything with a fork and drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Thanks to its high protein content, this salad is perfect for dinner or as a post-workout snack.
