Tuna salad with tomato

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large beefsteak tomato(s)
  • 1 can of tuna in its own juice
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roughly dice the tomato. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Combine with the tuna in a bowl. Mix the marinade with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and parsley (as desired) and mix with the other ingredients. Serve with toasted or baguette bread.
