Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink) (vanilla)
  • 4 slices of rusk

Heat the soy milk (in a saucepan or microwave). Meanwhile, crush the rusks – ideally, place them in a freezer bag and mash them with a rolling pin. Then add the rusk flour to the warm vanilla milk, mix well, and serve while still warm. Tip: This recipe is endlessly versatile. You can also use regular milk and sweeten it with honey, or add chopped almonds—the sky’s the limit. A truly soul-soothing treat.
