Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • some salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a small screw-top jar, seal, and shake well. This dressing pairs well with leaf salads, for example, but also with tomato salad.
