Peanut Sauce

The perfect peanut sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Peanut oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoon Peanut butter / butter
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel shallot and garlic and fry briefly in a saucepan with hot peanut oil.
  2. Now deglaze with the vegetable stock and coconut milk, stir in 3 tablespoons of peanut butter.
  3. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes
  4. The sauce goes well with many Asian recipes such as chicken.
