Peanut Sauce
The perfect peanut sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Peanut oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 3 tablespoon Peanut butter / butter
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel shallot and garlic and fry briefly in a saucepan with hot peanut oil.
- Now deglaze with the vegetable stock and coconut milk, stir in 3 tablespoons of peanut butter.
- Add soy sauce, salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes
- The sauce goes well with many Asian recipes such as chicken.
