Vanilla Cocoa Pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 220 ml milk
  • 1 ½ packets of vanilla sugar
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil or butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the milk with the cocoa powder and add the flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Then add the eggs and mix well. Heat the butter or oil in a pan and cook the batter over medium heat to make pancakes. This recipe serves two people, or one very hungry person.
