Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 800 g chard
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into chunks, and cook in salted water for approximately 15-20 minutes. The cooking time depends on the potato variety. Drain. Trim, wash, and drain the chard. Roughly chop. Peel and press the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the chard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and sauté with the lid on for five minutes over medium heat. Add the potatoes and simmer for another five minutes. 195 kcal per serving.
