Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, floury
- 150 ml milk
- Salt
- Nutmeg, ground
- 500 g broccoli
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 250 g zucchini
- 200 g tomatoes
- Paprika powder
- n. B. herbs, mixed and chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Boil the potatoes with their skins on until soft, then peel and puree with the milk. Season with salt and nutmeg. Chop the vegetables (broccoli, carrots, zucchini) and blanch in salted water. Dice the tomatoes and fold them into the puree along with the remaining vegetables. Season with paprika and herbs.
