Tomato – Asparagus – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 small can of asparagus
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain the asparagus and cut into bite-sized pieces. Gently mix both ingredients in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice and the finely chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix gently. Let it sit in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
