Vegan apple and raspberry crumble

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 450 g apples
  • 450 g raspberries
  • 4 tbsp cinnamon sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 120 g margarine
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash, core, and finely chop the apples, then arrange them in a baking dish of your choice with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Then add the raspberries. Mix the flour with the sugar, margarine, and vanilla sugar and crumble to a crumble. Spread the crumble evenly over the apples and raspberries. Place on a rack in the middle of the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
