Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 peaches, ripe
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tbsp bran (wheat)
  • 250 g yogurt (vanilla)
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blanch the peaches in boiling water, let them steep briefly, then peel and pit the peaches. Cut the orange open and cut off two slices (for decoration). Squeeze the remaining juice; it should be about 200 ml. Peel the banana, mix the oatmeal and wheat bran with the yogurt, and let it swell briefly. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately.
