Almond and Strawberry Madeleines with Fruit Salad

The perfect almond and strawberry madeleines with fruit salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 90 g Butter
  • 70 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 1 Protein
  • 40 g Ground almonds

  • 2 Kiwi fruit fresh
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Coconut chips
  • 1 tsp Honey liquid
  • Sifted powdered sugar
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush the troughs of the madeleine tray with butter and dust with flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the flour, almonds, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Heat the butter in a saucepan until it browns, remove from the heat Mix the egg whites and butter carefully with the flour, baking powder and sugar mix.
  2. Wash and clean 150 grams of strawberries and cut into small cubes. Fold the strawberry cubes into the dough.   4. Wash, clean, and slice the remaining strawberries. Peel and quarter the kiwi fruit and cut into thin slices. Mix the fruit slices with lemon juice and honey. Sprinkle with coconut chips. Arrange almond and strawberry madeleines on plates and serve with the fruit salad.
