Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of filo pastry
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 m.-large carrot(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick, easy, vegetarian

Brush the individual sheets of filo pastry with olive oil and arrange them in multiple layers on a baking sheet. Spread the sour cream over the dough and season with salt, pepper, chili, paprika, cayenne pepper, etc. Add herbs if desired (I like to use frozen herbs). Wash and dry the zucchini, and grate it with a vegetable peeler. Peel the carrots and peel them with a vegetable peeler. Arrange the vegetables on the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes until crispy.
