Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) of bread(s) (whole grain)
- 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- some cress
- 3 black olives, sliced
- ⅛ bell pepper(s), red
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, or pumpkin or pine nuts
- 1 tbsp feta cheese
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Spread the slice of bread with quark. For each slice of bread, cut about a bell pepper into small slices, crumble the feta cheese, and arrange it on the bread along with plenty of fresh cress, olives, and seeds. Grind pepper over the top and add salt if desired. Two to three servings per person make a good evening meal or a light summer lunch. Of course, you can vary the ingredients as desired; it will taste delicious (if you like the individual ingredients) and look beautifully colorful.
